The MS5188/9 is an 8-channel, 16bit, 500KSPS SAR ADC with an integrated lose-code free 16-bit SAR ADC, a low crosspoiler, an internal low-temperature drift reference voltage source (2.5V or 4.096V), a temperature sensor, an optional single-pole filter, and a sequence. SPI interface.
