Dual channel DMOS full bridge driver
Overview

MS35657 is a dual-channel DMOS full-bridge driver, which can drive a stepping-motor or two DC motors. The drive current of each full-bridge can operate to 1.4A at 24V power supply. The MS35657 integrates a PWM current corrector with fixed turn-off time, and a 2bit nonlinear DAC (digital to analog converter) that can operate in full step, half step, quarter step, forward, reverse and standby mode. PWM current corrector can choose fast Decay, slow Decay and mixed Decay mode, which can be selected for different motors to reduce audio motor noise. The chip also has an internal synchronous rectifier control circuit to reduce the power consumption of PWM. Integrated protection circuits include overheat protection, undervoltage protection (UVLO), short circuit protection and overturning current protection.
