∑-Δ ADC

MS7705

  • In supply
16 bit Σ-Δ A/D conversion circuit
Overview

MS7705/MS7706 is an analog to digital converter for low frequency measurement. It uses Σ-Δ conversion technology to achieve 16 bit output without loss of code. Power Supply ranges from 2.7V-3.3V or 4.75V-5.25V.

The MS7705/MS7706 is ideal for use in smart, microcontroller, or DSP-based systems. The gain, signal polarity and output rate can be set through the serial interface. Self-calibration and system calibration can be performed to eliminate system gain and offset errors. Power consumption in standby mode is typically 20μW.
