MS2401 is a second-order sigma-delta modulator with integrated on-chip digital isolator, which can convert analog input signal into high-speed 1-bit code stream. The modulator samples the input signal continuously without an external sample-and-hold circuit. The analog signal input full scale is ±320mV, and the maximum data rate of the converted digital code stream is 20MHz. The VDD1 of the MS2401 is powered by a 5V power supply, and the VDD2 can be powered by a 5V or 3V power supply. The serial interface uses on-chip digital isolation to provide more excellent operating characteristics. The device has a built-in on-chip voltage reference. The MS2401 is available in a 16-pin SOW package and operates from −40°C to +125°C.
