Overview

MS1003 is a high precision time measurement (TDC) circuit, compared with MS1002 has higher accuracy and smaller package, suitable for high precision small package application field.

MS1003 has dual-channel, multi-pulse sampling ability, high-speed SPI communication, a variety of measurement modes, suitable for laser radar and laser ranging.
