Overview
The MS5614/MS5614T is a 12-bit, four-channel output voltage DAC. The interface uses four-wire serial port mode, which can be compatible with SPI and QSPI serial port. The MS5614/MS5614T has 16-bit control data, including 4-bit DAC address, control bit and 12bit DAC data. The power supply ranges from 2.7V to 5.5V. DAC is connected to a rail-to-rail output buffer with 6dB gain. The output buffer improves stability and reduces setting time. The
MS5614/MS5614T integrates power-down mode to reduce power dissipation.
The MS5614 is available in SOP16 package and the MS5614T is available in TSSOP16 package.
