Ultrasonic flow high precision measurement circuit
Overview

MS1030 is a high precision measurement circuit for ultrasonic flow. It has the characteristics of high precision, high stability and high efficiency. Its measuring accuracy is 15ps and the measuring range is 500ns  4ms@4MHz. In the first wave mode, the internal comparator has an offset programmable range of ±127mV and an additional comparator bias voltage of -128124mV is added; The echo is measured for up to 8 echo pulses. The package pin of the circuit is fully compatible with the MS1022, which is very convenient for customers to replace.
