High-Precision, 8-Channel Time Measurement Circuit
Overview

The MS10078 is a high-precision time measurement circuit featuring high accuracy, high stability, and high speed. In four-precision mode, the measurement accuracy reaches up to 10 ps, with a maximum measurement range of 16 μs. The MS10078 provides 8 STOP channels, making it suitable for multi-channel measurement applications.

The MS10078 is compatible with both SPI and QSPI interfaces, and the QSPI mode significantly improves the measurement rate. It features a built-in FIFO buffer of up to 5 levels, reducing the frequency of MCU interrupt responses.
