Overview
The MS3142/MS3142S is a dual full-bridge motor driver. The power supply voltage ranges from 4V to 18V, with the average current of 1.1A and the peak current of 1.54A. If higher current capability is required, the dual full-bridge can be used in parallel. Four input pins can control the DC motor in forward, reverse, brake, and coast modes, or control the stepper motor in full-step and half-step modes.
The MS3142 is available in the eMSOP10 package with a thermal pad. The MS3142S is available in the SSOP10 package.
