MS31702NA is a small single-channel H-bridge gate driver. It uses four external N-channel MOSFETs that drive a bidirectional brush DC motor.
PH/EN, independent half-bridge or PWM allow easy connection to the controller circuit. An internal sense amplifier provides adjustable current control. An integrated charge pump provides 100% duty cycle and can be used for actuation
External reverse battery switch.
Independent half bridge mode supports half bridge sharing and is able to control multiple DC motors. MS31702NA built-in corresponding circuit, can use fixed turn-off time PWM current chopper to regulate the winding current.
The MS31702NA can reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI) through programmable Slew Rate control technology, can be applied flexibly, and can prevent any grid short circuit problems.
