CMOS low-voltage, 4Ω dual-channel single-pole double-throw switch
Overview
MSG7360 is a single-chip CMOS dual-channel selectable switch with low power consumption, high switching speed, low on-resistance, low leakage and high bandwidth characteristics. Its Power Supply range is 1.8V to 5.5V, can be widely used in battery powered instrumentation, a new generation of analog to digital conversion and digital to analog conversion systems. When the MSG7360 control logic is low, the A channel is on; At high level, channel B is on. When the MSG7360 channel is on, the on-resistance is well matched. TheMSG7360 is packaged with MSOP10.
