MSA2293/MSA2294 is an High precision current sensing amplifier that can measure the voltage drop across shunt resistors within a wide common mode range of -4V to 90V. Negative common mode voltage allows the operating voltage of the shunt resistor to be lower than the ground voltage, enabling accurate measurement of the recirculation current in half bridge applications. The combination of low offset voltage, small gain error, and high DC CMRR can achieve high-precision current measurement. MSA2293/MSA2294 is not only suitable for DC current measurement, but also for high-speed applications such as fast overcurrent protection. The MSA2293/MSA2294 is powered by a single power supply ranging from 2.7V to 30V, with a power supply current of 1.35mA. The MSA2293/MSA2294 offers three gain options: 20V/V, 50V/V, and 100V/V. These gain options can meet the requirements of wide dynamic range current detection applications. The operating temperature range of MSA2293/MSA2294 is -40 ° C to 125 ° C, and it is available in SOT23-5 and MSOP8 packages.
