Overview

MSR020/MSR040 is a low temperature drift, low power, high precision CMOS voltage reference with ±0.05% initial accuracy and low power. The low output voltage hysteresis and low long-term output voltage drift characteristics of the device can further improve the stability and system reliability. In addition, the small size and low operating current characteristics of the device make it well suited for portable and battery-powered applications. The MSR020/MSR040 comes in a SOT23-5 package and operates in a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
