Overview

MSR015/MSR025 is a low temperature drift, low power, high precision CMOS voltage reference, with ±0.05% initial accuracy, low power characteristics. The low output voltage hysteresis and low long-term output voltage drift characteristics of the device further improve the stability and system reliability. In addition, the small size and low operating current characteristics of the device make it well suited for portable and battery-powered applications. The MSR015/MSR025 comes in a SOT23-5 package and operates in a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
