MS53115 is a low-power, low-noise, 24-bit Σ-Δ ADC with an integrated analog front-end, supporting fully differential or single-ended, high-impedance bipolar ±10V voltage inputs.
MS53115 integrates analog and digital signal conditioning modules, allowing eight independent configurations for each analog input channel. In multi-channel configurations, the maximum channel scanning rate of MS53115 for settled data is 24.845kSPS (40.25μs).
This chip includes a 2.5V, low-temperature drift (±22ppm/°C) internal reference voltage source. The internal digital filter offers flexible settings. Users can select different filter configurations based on the requirements of each channel in the application. An automatic channel sequencer supports the ADC switching between each enabled channel. MS53115 is calibrated to achieve very high accuracy.
MS53115 operates from a single power supply and has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
