The MS51224 is a simultaneous sampling analog-to-digital converter with an integrated internal reference and reference voltage buffer. It operates from a single 5V power supply, supports unipolar and fully differential analog input signals, and delivers excellent DC and AC performance. With an analog input signal frequency of up to 1.5MHz, it is suitable for high-bandwidth data acquisition (DAQ) systems.
The MS51224 supports an SPI-compatible serial interface (enhanced SPI) and a wide parallel byte interface, making it easy to integrate with MCUs, DSPs, and FPGAs. It also features a data averaging function, which enhances AC performance in high-noise environments.
The MS51224 is available in a QFN32 package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
