Position Requirements:

1.Responsible for analog circuit design. Master's degree or higher in Microelectronics, Integrated Circuits, Circuit & Systems, or related fields; or Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience.

2.Solid theoretical knowledge of analog circuits; basic understanding of digital circuit theory.

3.Proficient in device models/parameters and fundamental structures of BIPOLAR/CMOS/BICMOS/BCD devices.

4.Familiar with IC circuit/layout design processes and manufacturing processes.

5.Skilled in hardware description languages (e.g., Verilog-A) and EDA tools for IC design.

Job Responsibilities:

1.Design and verify analog IC products/IP modules.

2.Develop detailed product specifications based on product outlines; prepare technical documentation per project timelines.

3.Collaborate with testing teams to validate IC functionality/performance via verification platforms, identifying issues and proposing improvements.

4.Conduct failure analysis, performance optimization, area optimization, and design revisions.

2.Participate in Brushless DC (BLDC) motor control strategy and system architecture design, proposing chip requirements.

3.Develop and model BLDC motor control algorithms.

4.Assist in building and testing design verification platforms, identifying issues, and suggesting improvements.

5.Support motor controller-motor matching, calibration, and performance testing.

6.Prepare design documentation throughout the development process.

Position Requirements:

3.Oversee product testing at external facilities, resolve production anomalies promptly, and ensure product quality for shipment.

4.Optimize mass production testing processes to improve efficiency, yield rates, and cost-effectiveness.

5.Analyze the internal structures of failed products, identify root causes, and perform measurements/verifications.

6.Demonstrate strong technical expertise, proactive resource mobilization, and collaborative problem-solving to drive solutions.
